About the project
We developed a user-friendly interface for real-time product tracking, including storage locations and current users, reducing misplacement and improving accountability. Admins can filter inventory and appointments by department, while a centralized document management system enables easy storage and retrieval of purchase receipts, repair invoices, and warranty documents. A calendar feature supports scheduling of product-related activities, and a notification system provides timely alerts for key events, such as upcoming appointments.

For building the web application, we used Ruby on Rails with PostgreSQL. For playing video, we use HTML5, and for video encoding, we use Zencoder.
