Brand & Growth Consulting for No-Code Products

The app is the easy part.

We build in Bubble. But a working app is not a working business. Someone still has to decide who it is for, what it looks like, what it says, and how people find it. That is this team.

Layer 01Strategy & positioning

Who it’s for

Most founders can say what their product does. Very few can say who it is not for. We find your one customer, the problem they already pay to solve, and the reason they should leave what they use today.

What's included

Four layers. Everything a product needs around the code.

This is the full list. We deliberately do not offer everything a full-service agency does — we do the work that makes a no-code product succeed, and nothing that distracts from it.

Layer 01

Brand strategy & positioning

Brand strategy
Your core values, mission and long-term business goals, written down so every later decision has something to check itself against.
Brand positioning
The specific gap in the market you occupy, and the clear advantage you hold over the products already competing for the same user.
Audience research
Who your customers are, how they currently solve this problem, what they are willing to pay for, and where they are already looking.
Brand architecture
How your products, sub-brands or modules sit under one company name without confusing anyone.
Layer 02

Visual identity

Logo design
A primary mark, an app icon and the smaller variations you will need for favicons, avatars and loading screens.
Visual system
Colour palette, font pairing and graphic elements, delivered as tokens and component styles your Bubble build uses directly.
Digital design
Screen layouts, website pages and social templates, designed for what Bubble can actually build rather than what looks good in a mockup.
Brand guidelines
The written rules that keep everything consistent when new people, freelancers or agencies join later.
Layer 03

Message & voice

Brand naming
A name people remember and can spell, checked against an available domain before we recommend it.
Tagline
One short line that explains what you do and why it matters, usable on the landing page and in a sentence out loud.
Tone of voice
How the product speaks — in onboarding, in empty states, in error messages, and in support replies.
Core messaging
Your elevator pitch, founder story and mission, written once so your team, deck and website all say the same thing.
Layer 04

Growth & funnel strategy

Marketing strategy
Campaign goals, budget and the small set of numbers worth watching — chosen before any money is spent.
Funnel architecture
The full path from the first time someone hears about you to the moment they pay, with the drop-off points named.
Competitor analysis
What rival products are doing on pricing, positioning, channels and messaging, and where the opening is.
Conversion optimisation
Improving the screens that decide whether a visitor signs up, because a better page is cheaper than more traffic.
Why this sits next to the build

One team, or three companies blaming each other.

Most founders hire a developer, then a designer, then a marketer. Each does good work. Together it does not add up, and nobody is responsible for the gap.

01

The design is buildable

Because the people designing it know exactly what Bubble can do. No beautiful screens that quietly double the development time.

02

The words ship with the app

Copy is written into the build, not pasted in afterwards. Onboarding, empty states and errors all sound like one company.

03

Nobody can pass the blame

If signups are low, one team owns the answer. There is no argument about whether it was the build, the design or the marketing.
